Terms of service

ImportKite · Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms apply when you install and use ImportKite on your Shopify store. By installing the app you agree to them and to Shopify's own terms.

The service

The app imports products from links you provide, writes product copy with AI, and lets you build, publish and unpublish product pages and bundle discounts on your store. Features and limits depend on your plan, shown on the app's Plan page.

Your content and your responsibility

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify bill, monthly or yearly, after any free trial. Upgrades take effect immediately; a move to a smaller paid plan takes effect at your next billing date; switching to Free cancels your paid plan right away. Charges already made are not refunded except where required by law or by Shopify's billing rules. Fair-use limits on "unlimited" features exist to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Availability

We work to keep the app available, but it is provided as is. Pages and discounts you publish keep working on your storefront even if our servers are briefly unavailable, because they run on Shopify. Product sources can change their sites and stop imports from working; we fix what we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access for serious misuse. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: hello@importkite.com.
